A card on file is required. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100%. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a modified service or rescheduling. Deposits apply only to designated Elite services.

Which crochet experience should I choose?
Classic, Signature, Versatile, and Elite offer different installation options and hair inclusions. A consultation helps match the look to your needs. Compare experiences.
Is hair included?
Classic offers client-provided or StarStyles-provided standard hair options. Signature, Versatile, and Kids Crochet require client-provided hair. Elite and Complete Care include premium human hair. Crochet Reset & Reinstall uses your existing reusable human hair; new hair is not included. Confirm length, texture, and color before booking.
Can you help with custom units or extensions?
Yes. Start with a consultation to discuss your desired look, fit, hair selection, and care plan.
How do I book or change an appointment?
Use GlossGenius for bookings and availability. Refer to your confirmation for appointment management and cancellation terms.

Tuesday–Friday: 11 AM–7 PM
Saturday: 11 AM–4 PM
Selected Sunday and Monday appointments by approval.
Private Sunday/Monday appointments: Private Luxury Silk Press for established guests, $375 (3 hours); Private New Client Luxury Silkpress, $425 (3 hours 30 minutes). Prices include the private appointment premium. All requests require StarStyles approval before confirmation. Regular-priced services are offered during standard business hours.
